Lady Moon is a woman-owned studio in Lawrenceville with five resident artists that boast traditional, illustrative, dotwork, and fine line styles — always a welcoming space for newcomers and regulars alike.

Though we are proud of our quality of work, we care equally for your experience during a tattoo. We enjoy connecting with our clients and ensuring that we hear your input, questions, concerns, and consent every step of the way. If you'd like to meet an artist and chat prior to booking a tattoo, we always offer consultations free of charge.

Here's what you can expect during a visit at Lady Moon
Ask
DM an artist directly on Instagram, or send us an email to LadyMoonPGH@gmail.com. You can include your artist preference, references, size, placement, availability, and budget (if you have one). If you have any questions or want to consult with your artist first, just ask!
All tattoo appointments require a $100 deposit to hold a date - this will always come off the final total day-of! If you are requesting a consultation, it is free of charge to schedule a meeting with us.
Draw
Your artist will draw based on your specifications. Most of our artists do not send designs ahead of time, but we are happy to make sketches with you during consultations. At the start of your appointment, we will present your design and encourage you to make any changes needed - it's only forever, we want you to love it as much as we do!
Tattoo!
Your artist will check in with you throughout the tattoo (if they're not talking and laughing with you through it). You're welcome to bring drinks, snacks, headphones, or a friend. If you need a break or want to stop at any time, don't be afraid to speak up!
Heal
We will bandage your fresh tattoo and provide verbal and written aftercare. Email us or send your artist a DM if you have any questions as you heal. Touch-ups are always free of charge if they are needed.
